Sadly Hunters bring nothing to the team. I'm sorry man, but Hunters need a new class that will make them a part of the team.
Warlocks have sunsinger.
Titans have defender.
Hunters... Nada, nothing, zero.
It hurts badly cus I chose to level my Hunter before Warlock. Hunters are skimpy too. They die too easy. Golden gun is garbage in pve (it doesn't do more damage than Ice Breaker or Patience and Time). Blade dancer in VoG is just no-no.

Are u retarded hunters can clear out enemies on the ground in all parts creating orbs so titans can use their bubble and locks can use radiance or if he/she is a good warlock nova bomb to clear out more stuff and create more orbs. Get good hunter
-
Lol you don't even have a hunter!
-
Had one retard deleted it and created another warlock
-
You had a retard? Didn't know you could play as yourself on Destiny.
-
Ignorance is bliss
-
Hunters have good burst DPS so...... Hmmm
-
The VoG was two manned on hard with one gunslinger hunter and one sun singer warlock. I don't believe they are useless if that feat was accomplished without a Titan involved one way or another.

-
Never said I'd attempt it? Just shown you some evidence, yes because evidence does exist even if you try to over look it, that hunters aren't useless. And no, that's over exaggerated on the whole 99.9% of the community sucks. Not saying I can't see your sarcasm behind it.
-
It's the players skill that factored, not the class really. Majority of the players I ever bump into are just absolute garbage.
-
But isn't that the whole point? If a certain class fits your style of gameplay, aren't you going to use it? Instead of picking a class to completely benefit from its perks and do useless with it, why not just pick a class that suits your personal gaming perks. And I agree the majority do need some assistance in terms of skill and to "git gud" but that's where the experienced players come in right? To help. Sadly however it's hard to come by help in a toxic forum.
-
Also hunter have no void damage subclass.
-
Class that acts like a tank? Titan. Class that acts like a support/healer? Warlock What does DPS mean? #trollhardernexttime
-
Bladedancer to go invis and revive teammates. Gunslinger to take down oracles faster than any other class.
-
Still really meh. You're more dead weight than anything else.
-
you may be dead weight. but my hunter friends and I had no problem doing VoG. Hunters can do some DPS with chaining supers, and they drop tons of orbs.
-
My first VoG win was 5 hunters and a Titan, wasn't very hard just gotta know your strengths and weaknesses and react accordingly
-
My first VoG win was 5 hunters and a Titan, wasn't very hard just gotta know your strengths and weaknesses and react accordingly
I know man, everything got sorted once granny and her dog came home from work. She carried the team through the toughest parts so we could get our loot. She's a real champion that lady!
-
I'm actually using my hunter as a team medic, go invisible and use my ability to revive faster to help the team.
-
really go cloak and revive your whole team then, try saving a full team with a warlock or titan; oh wait you can't.
-
I'd say hunter vs titan vs warlock only really matters in hard, where the invisible revive is irrelevant.
-
I agree that the Hunter isn't exactly a team player... It DOES have the invisibility, but that's ALL its got. It really needs a 3rd support class.
-
Golden gun for oracles is nice
-
Not trying to start an argument with you or anything, and yes I know titans and warlocks have their obvious benefits. But hunters have their fair share of help too. Just last week I was doing the raid and my partner & I were taking out the oracles during Atheon's encounter. As we were we picking them off one by one, my friend had ran out of primary ammo and did not have time to reload his heavy, while the relic holder was still taking on the ground forces, so I quickly pulled out my gunslinger took out 2 of the remaining oracles, thus saving us from wiping. (I strongly agree with you on blade dancer, though. Never planning on using that for the raid lol.)

Bladedancer's invisibility makes it easy to block Templar's teleports and revive teammates. Gunslinger is great when a praetorian is about to sacrifice and needs to be dead NOW.
