Thorn needs an upgraded clip size, reload speed and a slight increase to its impact to be worthwhile. Also needs to not look like a spiked hand vacuum while you're holding it because it's profile looks awkward, but that one is just personal preference since it looks awesome in profile. Until these happen I'll stick with the devil you know.

Bigger mag would ruin the last bullet perk even more, I propose dot stacking and refreshing on hit.

I saw an interesting suggestion somewhere where reload speed would be increased but precision damage shots would not use up a bullet but 6 misses and you are hit with a very very long reload time

However in PVP the gunslinger bounty is unreasonable with thorn. While I don't have it fully upgraded but 2 head shots in PVP do not kill the target. The medal would need to be changed or the gun needs to be changed to meet the requirements.

Of all the thorn buff related posts you are the first person I have seen who makes the same argument I make about increasing clip size. Thank you for looking at the gun as a whole and not merely a never ending clip killing machine.

Totally agree there, most people tend to overlook this. However! I would still love a buff to the mag size, and propose a change to that particular perk to go with it. Final round can be useful [i]occasionally[/i], but not that often. If the mag is increased, change that perk to something that can benefit from the increase, like crowd control or increase reload speed after a kill/when empty.

I think youre spot on about the mag size n reload... doesnt even need a huge magazine like TDYK gimme that DoT and 8 to 10 rounds n im good...

I agree with you, but I think Impact is fine. Definitely needs bigger mag and faster reload. Totally agree about how it looks in your hand. It's a beast in profile, but real pansy looking in your hand

this. My fatebringer is just so much better atm, and that`s with arc dmg too. I`d settle for reload speed only tbh.... But yeah, an option for reload and clipsize would be great
