if thorn had a better reload speed and didn't look so damn goofy it'd be great

hunter's chain of woe is what you need then, buffs reload speed after each precicion kill

I kno what it is son, 3 stacks of chain of woe and it still takes a year

Not really, just isn't lightning fast like all the other hand cannons with chain of woe x3

In PvP sure, but the reload with the perks isn't too bad with the chain of woe perk on. And you keep saying it is slow, it isn't just not as fast as another hand cannon with woe x3. And in PvP you will rarely get chain of woe to 3 stacks for it to really matter.
