It's not a glitch to push him off, It's creative game play. And truthfully, what special ability do hunters have that benefits the hard raid mode? Don't get mad at other players for being able to accomplish more then you have. And get off your high horse with this "beat him legit" talk, the only reason people push is to save time.

they had not planned for it to be beaten that way but they allowed for it. bungies first go at things so they will get better but he is right. its not a glitch, its not a bug, its just lazy programming. falling thru the floor, gettign stuck in a wall. warlocks rezing them selves with out using they super. these are all glitches and bugs. a bad guy falling off a clif that the bungie put in the game. that is not a bug that is not a glitch, that is bungie not knowing any better.

If i find a way to equip multiple exotic weapons/armours.. Infinite ammo.. No recoil.. One-shot kill.. Its fine? Those arent bugs? Bungie just let us do it?… okay…

nope. game clearly tries to limit your exotic weapons armor ammo recoil and the like. something that would allow you to bypass existing restrictions is a bug and would be exploiting. there are not restrictions in place, infact bungie put the cliffs in there. finding a way around existing code to do something the devs tried to stop = exploiting. doing something the devs did not try to stop is nto exploiting. once your baby bumpers are in if people continue to find ways around it then it would be a bug in the programming currently it bungie is in over their heads dealing with players they have not delt with before. in time they will get they shit straight and these cheesy ways to beat bosses will be worked out.

Or are you one of the scrubs who only stay outside and do nothing but kill a few harpys? Every class is effective in their own way, its the player, not the class that makes it work.

Whatever helps you sleep at night, no matter how many times you beat around the bush, it's an exploit/cheat/glitch/bug. Bungie gave gamers the benefit of the doubt, an it shows nobody will do it correctly if there is an exploit to be used.

not an exploit cheat glitch or bug. its cheap but if you put a cliff in the game next to a big boss people will try to push them off the cliff. this was either lazy programming or bungie just really did not know better. its like the "bug" that causes the 3 known people to be teleported instead of the 3 random ones. this is not a bug, this is not a glitch, this is how the game was programmed. bungie never expected us to figure out how atheon tarted his teleports.

I know I'm not a cheater. I enjoy the raid and do it more times with no rewards then I do it for rewards. I've pushed atheon I've killed him legit. if I'm a cheater it must be killing you though mac, to know that your exploiting the bug in the atheon fight that teleports the farthest 3 back. as judgmental as you are it must be eating you up alive to be such a cheater. I bet your going to dismantle all your raid gear and stop running the raid to make sure you don't exploit that bug either. I mean you cant be a cheater.

Not so true. I have had plenty of groups who still do it the way it is intended. You cannot blame the gamer for overlooked in development, area's of the game. It was by no means a secret that you could push atheon and templar off the map. Dev's need to step up and correct the issue as they said they would. Problem solved, no more glitch. As someone who does play along with glitching, I am 100% for them fixing it. It will make the bad players stick out like a sore thumb.

ah you do it the way it is intended. so you make sure your group is scattered and never in the same place to make sure that a random 3 people are teleported by atheon. after all that is how it was intended to be. doing anything else is even more of an exploit then pushing is. as for fixing it? I'm all for it. I find it much more fun to do it the real way and I tend to run 6-7 raids a week on across 2 chars.
