? I meant it would help with the posts in the wrong subforums. Plenty of forums do it. Its in your face everytime you open up a subforum (say, #gaming). Not everyone reads the code of conduct, most people will read the top thread.

The code of conduct details exactly what is permitted. It's not something just for you to accept when joining, it really is the rule set for the site.

Yeah. But it's clearly not working. Why not buttress it with stickied threads? It just makes a whole lot of sense to me.
