I present to you, Chapter 18 of Shachal. This is a special chapter for me, as today marks the one year anniversary of Shachal. One year ago today, I stayed up late in the earliest morning hours on October 24, 2013 writing my first chapter and posted it on the Black Garden on a whim, believing it wouldn't be a liked piece or successful story. It means a lot for me to have come this far, so I worked hard on this chapter in celebration of the event. It's been an extremely gratifying experience writing this story for you guys and hearing your thoughts on it all this time.
