possible perminent story changes?
Hey bungie. I was hoping, if you would be kind enough, to maybe give all of us crazed fans a little bit of a sign. Just even a yes or no? As to if you will eventually be including perminant story events?
Take Xur for instance: he is a mysterious character that works for the nine, none of us are sure under what reasons or parameters he comes and goes from the tower, or why he collects strange coins, or why hes giving us exotics for them.
I guess im asking if some time in the future we will find out about those coins being a catalyst for the nines power or something and they attack the city. Cause a perminent change in the story and history behind the game?

1 ReplyThe Nine are good guys. There isn't much information about them, but I believe that the Jovians, IE: the people who lived on the moon's of Saturn or Jupiter, are in reality just the dark counterpart of guardians. They survived the collapse, and some of them became crazy powerful, maybe even godlike figures (the Nine) and Xur/others are just their followers. Xur says light hurts him, he's made of darkness but helps the guardians, which in turn makes the Nine good guys, right? At least for now. Think about the Awoken, the Awoken queen was powerful enough to break and entire Fallen house to her will. Her people were changed and given abilities, maybe it's the same thing with the Jovians? Could also involve the Stranger, since she had powers but stated that she was not a guardian and not of the light.
