Who is going to stay outside n hold down portal n middle. 1 hunter can hold down mid n second can hold down portal. All by themselves (on hard).

One player of any class can hold the portal. Why must it be a Hunter?

I dint say it must be a hunter. I said it is easier for hunters to do so.

You said 'Hunters are who make killing gatekeeper part possible' which implies without a Hunter, it would be impossible. That's not the case at all.
