The question is then, why is it taking so long? It took them half the time to adjust the mythoclast and scout rifles.

And they were probably easier to do. This is all numbers. Ever bullet we fire, every grenade we throw, every dance we do. It's all numbers, and they feed off each other. Getting one number wrong can throw everything out of whack. I'd rather they take their time and get it right.
