The mic things not required, I've done the vog multiple times without a mic, it depends on the team and if the player without the mic knows what to do to help out

As long as I know they can hear me and will listen I don't mind taking ppl without mics.

I agree iv done vog twice being the only one eith out a mic and ny team dosnt care. As long as I'm getting people up killing oricles and doing what is asked they are fine with me.
