I had a similar experience and not with "glitching", but with the community (and I use that term loosely) I was playing with. I am American and have made the same observations as the original poster. I've expressed this opinion numerous times and I'm at the point as a "tweener" (between hardcore and casual) that I just want bungie to express that the community they want is a min/max community so it can be the last straw to ditch the game. Because trying to find end game players with the same mentality of adventuring and experiencing the game is harder than it needs to be in my opinion. I don't need some 20 something yelling at me that I don't know the fight or that I'm useless because my class etc. and that I need to research before playing. Researching is not a game that's me and my thesis which is work and I play destiny to get away from that.
