Daily "where's the Bad Juju/Thorn buff you announced over a month ago?" thread
Well?
You have the time to nerf the Mythoclast and adjust values for Scout Rifles across the board within the same time span, but don't have the time to buff the exotics you stated you were going to adjust over a month ago? At the time when you announced the buffs, 99% of the community didn't even know the Mythoclast existed. Yet, the Mythoclast got adjusted before the other guns get their already announced buffs? Do you even logic?
There's really no excuse for it at this point.
Edit: I realize some of you think the Thorn does not need a buff, and while that's fine (I don't have it, I don't know), it's also missing the point. The real focus here is the fact that Bungie announced that they were going to buff both the Bad Juju and Thorn over a month ago, yet no changes have been made still (but changes were made to other guns during the same time frame).

Thorn definitely needs a buff. It's usable, but come on, its an exotic. It should be more than usable. It should be awesome! It's the same story with Bad Juju, except its hardly usable in pvp. Come on Bungie! These are exotics, not collection pieces!

I have the thorn and the lord high fixer....lord high fixer beats the thorn easily....thorn needs buffing really bad

Lol chill out dude. I think you'll live without these buffs. I think it's pretty even right now the suros is still a bit op but I dont mind it. It's all part of the game, just gotta get more head shots. The only problem I see the bad juju might have is its mag size but if you aim for the had it won't be a problem cause of auto reload.

2 RepliesI've been using Thorn since I got it and its not bad but my iron banner HC is a lot better. Thorn could do with a buff but first they might need to fix its aim. It might just be me or maybe lag or something but sometimes I have to aim above the person Im shooting to get a head shot, so unless it has bullet drop Im not sure what's going on. Im still trying to get Bad Juju so I can't comment but since I rarely see anyone using it I would guess there is a problem with it.

Bad juju was the first legendary or better gun and I thought I sucked. I was always last in pvp and I had half the kills my teammates would have on strikes and pve missions... Then I got suros regime and I'm able to compete with my peers... It turned out I don't suck! My play style should fit bad juju perfectly! But It can't kill anything. I want to love this gun but it's honestly worthless and made destiny difficult and frustrating. And I never played with suros before the nerf.

The thorn and bad juju need a buff desperately. The thorn is by far the worst hand cannon i have ever used. Completely inferior to my Hawkmoon. The bad juju is so weak you are lucky to kill dregs with its 15 bullet clip. Fast rof low dmg and small clip doesnt make sense at all. Sure when you kill something you instantly reload but as i said you are lucky to kill the simplest of enemies with the 15 bullet clip.

8 RepliesThorn was my first Exotic weapon (that 26 Summoning Pit was a biiiiitch as a level 23, with two friends also under 26), and I got the Bad JuJu, shortly after. I am currently at 8 or 9 exotics, with multiple Legendaries as well, with at least 6 or 7 different ones at 300 attack. In short - I know what I'm saying when I say the Thorn and Bad Juju need a buff. I never use either. Bad Juju needs it more heavily, but they're both in need. [b]Thorn[/b] needs either a bigger mag, or cut the reload time in half. Damage would be fine, otherwise, but the DoT tick should reset every shot. [b]Bad Juju[/b] needs a bigger mag, more damage, and less recoil, because anything further than 50 meters out is impossible to hit after the first shot is fired. The 'No reload' modifier only applies when killing mobs at low levels, as it's complete garbage for anything near end-game.

I wish I had a suros exotic but instead I have two bad juju and one universal remote which is supposed to be with secondary weapons not the primary. It sucks to be me.

Bad juju seriously needs a damage and magazine buff, I have a pulse rifle, with no upgrades that does 200% more damage than my fully maxed Bad Juju.

I believe they said in a future update, and not a certain date. I agree that they need to be buffed a little, but technically they never said when they were going to do it.

Bad Juju is so bad...I keep thinking about breaking it down, but don't because I want to see the buff first...it just sits in my vault for now. Red Death is awesome, Bad Juju should be as well.

I scrapped Bad Juju the moment I bought Suros Regime this weekend. I was sick and tired of waiting for the buff to come. Without a doubt the most piece of shit gun in the game. A small clip, high fire rate, moderate recoil. This thing was meant to fail.

2 RepliesI just received the bad juju and I don't see why people think it's so bad I'm quite enjoying it, besides getting used to a pulse rifle. My only problem is that it should be able to take on a surous regime at a distance
