Daily "where's the Bad Juju/Thorn buff you announced over a month ago?" thread
Well?
You have the time to nerf the Mythoclast and adjust values for Scout Rifles across the board within the same time span, but don't have the time to buff the exotics you stated you were going to adjust over a month ago? At the time when you announced the buffs, 99% of the community didn't even know the Mythoclast existed. Yet, the Mythoclast got adjusted before the other guns get their already announced buffs? Do you even logic?
There's really no excuse for it at this point.
Edit: I realize some of you think the Thorn does not need a buff, and while that's fine (I don't have it, I don't know), it's also missing the point. The real focus here is the fact that Bungie announced that they were going to buff both the Bad Juju and Thorn over a month ago, yet no changes have been made still (but changes were made to other guns during the same time frame).

It'll be released when you don't give a s**t anymore because you have tons of other things that are better anyway. My juju and thorn are permanent fixtures in my vault.

If they raise the impact of bad juju it could easily be one of the best crowd control weapons out there.

Maybe not in power, but a few extra rounds or/and increase the reload speed slightly. Doesn't need a huge buff, but it needs little one. EDIT: Just read the Grimoire Cards for Thorn. Based on the lore described in the grimoire, Thorn is hardly the epic weapon described.

Thorn isn't too bad like you said in your edit; you're right though I been looking out for this buff. I want to see my Thorn become godly lmao.

I posted a thread about asking why the thorn needed a buff and upset a few folks. It really is a great gun and found their points to be compelling and logical. I hope they do fix the reload speed and DoT stack on it.

It's "Coming Soon™" just like everything else ever mentioned in these weekly updates. Seriously, read them in a row, everything is "coming soon" or promised to be coming in some vague timeframe. Don't hold your breath on it. The buffs will probably show up with the first or second DLC, when they no longer matter.

just got bad juju last night and tried it out a bit on patrol. its an ok gun. nothing special. hope the buff makes it a beast...whenever that comes out.. i think the only gun i still want is red death.

9 RepliesThorn doesn't need a buff at all in my opinion. It's the only handcannon, that I know, with a dot built into it. Buff it and you run the risk of it being just too much. If you want to play with other handcannons go for it. That's intended for bungie by the way.

Thorn definitely needs a buff. It's usable, but come on, its an exotic. It should be more than usable. It should be awesome! It's the same story with Bad Juju, except its hardly usable in pvp. Come on Bungie! These are exotics, not collection pieces!
