it would be how it currently is with the different game modes - clash, control, combined arms, skirmish, salvage and rumble.. just play the like normal. but all the team members would be aligned with the same faction. the only mode that might not work is rumble. but bungie could make it where 2 people from each faction matchmake for a total of 6...
