I usually use that time to shoot the deployed supplicants that are raining bullets, while using the bubble to refill the shield. You have to worry about the detain field, which will kill you when you jump if it catches you at peak height and you fall out... Are you sure you guys jumped and shot rockets, that sounds double risky, might shoot your friend in the back, might get caught in the detain midair. *edit* obviously this depends if you are using weapons of light or blessing of light.
