Thank you for stepping up and saying something. As a male who plays an Awoken female, I'm quite tired of getting messages of a dispicable nature that assume I'm a woman. Simply put, I didn't like any of the male character models, and I found the female models to be more well done. If the messages I get are any indication of the messages real women get while playing games online, then those people that send such abhorent messages should be deeply ashamed of themselves. This is not a problem that is exlusive to Destiny. I have an Aunt who likes to play UNO on Xbox live. Every time she plays, she gets messages from guys. One guy even sent her a picture of himself in his underwear. It's absolutely disgusting the way some male gamers treat female gamers. It's no wonder there are very few female gamers who are willing to classify themselves as such.
