I'm pretty new to it. My first time was very frustrating. I joined a group of people randomly in the tower and it was total chaos. I was asking for an explanation on what was happening and everyone just talked over each other. Shouting and screaming. The fireteam leader was very rude to everyone aswell. It was a nightmare. My second try was different, people were very helpful but the helpful players always had to leave and eventually I became the most experienced noob on the team. I found myself try to teach everyone even though I didn't really know how to do the things I was explaining myself. My third attempt was the best one. Things were organised, we had briefs, everyone had their mics, people were listening and contributing. We were all passionate about getting through as quickly as possible. And we won.
