I've Chosen Not To Purchase Suros Twice, AMA. What About You?
So the Suros Regime is in practically everyone's hands, the crucible are now belong to Suros. How does a guardian survive without the most noob friendly gun in the game? AMA
Passed twice on the Suros Regime, an AR that shoots sort of like an automatic hand cannon with no recoil. I've decided to avoid buying it twice, I still do fine in the crucible. AMA
Suros Regime might be for you if the following apply:
A) You can't control recoil and suck at FPS games.
B) You have to be on top of the score chart in the crucible with minimal effort.
C) You suck at using other weapons: hand cannons, scout rifles, pulse rifles, auto rifles with recoil.
D) You suck at using real auto rifles.
E) Probably all of the above.

It's pretty boring to use now seeing as every one is using it. Try swapping your weapon! ..getting the better of the Suros is very satisfying :) My fave weapon at the moment is a maxed out red death. Wow ...so satisfying , love the way my controller shakes with that beast. It's awesome! **** the Suros lol :D

1 ReplyI bought it this week, it was my first exotic ever. Then I got the Vex NerfAClass. So I'm a noob for using suros? I use it in PvE, it's fun to use, and if that makes me a noob, then I don't want to be hardcore.

I bought it this week and put it straight in the vault. I want all the exotic weapons, that's all. Currently using Hawkmoon on my Hunter and Bad Juju/Bad Seed Down on my Warlock.

1 ReplyWell this is an awfully obvious ranting thread, first time posting on something like this... I've played many, many games in the past; favourites including Zelda, Mario... (the list goes on). These classic games, after you beat them once, or in my case, several times gives the urge to go back and try something new, challenging; the NPC's are of consistent difficulty and thus, is up to you to use different more challenging methods to spice up your game,[i] if you'd like[/i] that is. In competitive multiplayer games where you're facing or teaming up with humans in order to take down other humans or high-difficulty NPCs then you're almost forced to use exotics or legendaries in Raids and of course, Hard Raids. (Not so much [i]balanced[/i] PvP game modes). What the OP essentially boils down to is the old traditional "[i]I don't use a weapon, I am a man(ly) man, I use my fists, armour is for the weak flesh, I have the fur of animals around my back[/i]" sort of type. You don't gain respect from anybody going through matches with uncommon items, but evidently you want your voice to be heard and to gain acknowledgement of your 'feats' accomplished. Tell me, if you was in a war, or even just sparring with some strangers, would you not like them to see the best of your, proclaimed 'EZmode' ability?

3 RepliesHow are your arguments even valid? You say the only people using suros are people who can't control recoil or use other guns(including auto rifles with recoil). Who the -blam!- would pick the same type of weapon but the one with more recoil if all other stats are the same?

I wasn't able to get SUROS last time and I was hoping they'd sell it again but I got SUROS during last week's nightfall so I'm happy with that :)

Honestly I didn't buy suros because I wanted to dominate crucible, I bought it knowing it was going to be nerfed and not caring at all. I bought it solely for PvE because what some people don't get is that Bungie is always always going to level the playing fields for PvP weapons. Just a few days ago I bought myself a legendary auto rifle from new monarchy and using suros in PvP has only slightly boosted my playing.

No matter what you do there will always be one or two weapons that are better and NOTHING will change this, all fps suffer from this and honestly it makes the game better, if everyone is using the same gun it boils down to who is good and who is not, I can't fathom how people don't u derstand this. Mad because an auto rifle beats a pistol? Of fn course it does. It's common sense.

4 RepliesI've never had 23 coins. This week I've got 21, and am spending a lot of time trying to find people to do the lvl 22 weekly with my alt. I don't mind the raid not having matchmaking, but it really annoys me that the weeklys don't. Anyone who is lvl 28, or 22 for that matter, has done each strike multiple times and really should be able to do it with randoms.

I bought 2 of them, one with slow extra damage and one without the upgrade. I don't do PVP so all your points mean nothing. I whore handcannons and scout rifles, why can't i have Suros ???? oh because you and others bitch like little school kids about it. jog on lil man.
