I have a question for Bungie about its RNG base loot equation. Back no so long ago when Borderlands 2 was released, alot of the player base asked Gearbox how there loot system. Being a random number generator, there is still a mathematical equation involve in dropping of the loot.
Gearbox in turn released a whole press release on hoe the system works. Im asking Bungie to do the same.
Answers to questions for instance:
Was there really any thought put into the loot drop system or was it just thrown together?
Is it just a pull from the hat?
Does stats and scores have a play in said drops?
What is the percentage a person has to recieve a drop? (Most weapons in borderlands 2 had a .1% chance other were higher in the loot drop equation)
This is a number system so there has to be an equation where it is random or not. The weather is the only thing that is truely random, and people with turrets.

Done the hard raid well over 10 times and no vex but yet the same people who I consistently party with have multiples, some even have up to 4 vex's. The RNG is -blam!-ed in this game and Bungie should f-ing explain themselves.
