So just my thoughts on getting raid gear. Currently its RNG and luck to get raid gear, and then there's the raid drops from Hard mode. I'm worried that Bungie will make Hard mode raid even harder because of hurt pride and any chance at getting a drop from hard mode will disappear. It kindly feels not fair that hundreds and maybe thousands of folks have gotten the Mythoclast and other gear from hard mode and now they are changing it and many current gamers (and casuals) that are just getting to level 29 or 30 may never get those items. I like getting gear, I want to have the best, and I enjoy playing. I however I like fun games, and games that I have a chance at beating. I'm getting older, have less free time, and frankly losing my twitch shooter skills. And it bums me out to think it may be impossible to get certain gear in a game because it's a hard mode only exclusive. And if Bungie is sore and has their feelings hurt that Primeguard and other amazing gamers are destroying their raid in epic fashion Bungie may attempt increasing the difficulty. Bungie mentioned numerous times the Vault of glass was the single hardest mode they had ever created. Now we see groups speed running it in 20 minutes. We see solo Atheon pushes, Templer pushes etc. They might patch it to a impossible mission for the average gamer. I don't want an impossible objective. Frankly I'd like to see equal gear drops and items for normal, and hard mode and maybe even the addition of easier mode and impossible crazy hard mode for those maniacs. But let items and chance be the same in all modes. Please. Don't push out the average gamer.
