Sorry again but Bungie made a game, cut a huge amount which isn't propaganda. Sadly it is a fact, that Bungie don't even deny.
I have no idea what games you play online and yes there are a lot of morons in PVP games. However most of them are teenage boys that scream abuse down there mics if you kill them, which is the reason I never do PVP. However gamers, real gamers aren't morons and if Bungie would just listen to the PvE players there game would be worth their time.

The only thing I can for sure agree with you on is that the story thus far has not been immersive at all. When I picture a game made by bungie I imagine the badassery of how the earlier halo campaigns were. Not something where you fly into a map, complete an objective, get a short and not very epic cutscene, then rinse and repeat. I do hope the story sections in the future top the current story portion by a longshot.

Yeah the content was limited and that is not propoganda it was smart, what is though are people slandering bungie employees (not you) saying they want to turn more profit from waiting to release expansions which is a completely contradicting statement. They even stated before the release after e3 that the story would be expanded on with patches/expansions like a traditional mmo. Maybe people should do a bit more research on the game and its developers before they get all butt hurt about content and other factors.
