Let me set the scene for you;
You're just wondering around, capturing some points in control, when you decide that popping your Ward of Dawn is a good idea.
Good?
Great.
Now you have a viable way to defend the objective for a short period of time until it goes away.
..and by 'goes away' I mean that some cocky Hunter or a snotty Warlock has come along, used their respective Super Charge and now, 3 seconds after you popped it up to relax under with a spot of Titan Tea, you are sat naked, alone, and wondering where your dead teammates are.
Can any of my brothers relate?
Can anyone offer a suitable explination as to why our super is the weakest? When it is currently the only subclass that really promotes strategy.
Rise with me, fellow Titans!
Take back the Dawn!
Fight for a buff!
..or don't, I'm not your mother.
Edit: This thread was made with a fun little theme to it to try and avoid all the usually negativity on these forums, so thanks for everyone for keeping it civil.
Edit 2: I have the saint-14 helm, and usually do very well within my precious bubble. It just makes me a sad little Titan when the super gets taken down by another super.
Edit 3: Im not saying that it shouldn't be taken down when a super is used against it. What I am saying is that it shouldn't kill everything inside. The warlock and hunter supers currently just fly through it as if it wasn't there.

Edited by DxFox: 10/23/2014 3:34:16 PMHere's a couple of problems I've noticed with the subclass in general: 1. There is no penalty for an enemy going inside the bubble. Period. In PvP it's not as bad because everyone runs AoL, but it really irks me when on a nightfall strike a vandal can just waltz up to my "impenetrable shield of void energy" and pimp-slap me. There should be some sort of DoT similar to the poison that Hive Wizards can inflict, although minus the slow effect as that would be ridiculous. 2. Force Barrier activates on kill, and yet a Sunsinger gets an overshiled on hit. I thought that this class was supposed to be tanky considering that I look like a walking behemoth, and yet a scantily clad sunbro gets what I get but better. 3. Force Barrier and WoD don't get a timer. I can't count the amount of times I've been standing in my bubble, only for my WoD to unceremoniuosly vanish and leave me eating a mouthful of shrapnel. 4. For an entirely defensive and immobile super thats main purpose is to defend, it reallly fails at this point. GG overpenetrates shield in 2 shots and the 3rd kills the defender. Warlock Nova Bomb either breaks the shield and kills the user or the AoE does. Sunbros Radiance gives comparable damage resist to AoL, but his melee burns on hit so the fight is a 50/50. Strikers destroying the shield by FoH inside of it is understandable, but Aftermath going through the shield and killing me blows my mind. Bladedancers 2HKO a defender with AoL, so it really depends on who strikes first. 5. The greandes... Magnetic either has sniper accuracy or it literally bends around the target, spike greandes need god-like placement to be used as area denial and supressor grenades are a great utility, but their range and damage are extremely underwhelming. Really hoping for some buffs, because the Defender is in dire need of them. Also aplogies for the wall of text. Edit: Catapult also needs to be reworked for both Titan subclasses, as it seems to be both worse than lift and not offer the momentum it advertises on the perk. And on a less serious note I would like a patch that plays disco music when I deploy the WoD. We all strut our stuff inside it so they might as well add it in.
