Before patching the atheon knock off, here are a few things to fix and why:

Before the atheon knock off is fixed or the atheon teleportation randomization is even considered, these other glitches need to be fixed: General issues: Enemy Teleportation glitches: This is likely something to do with server lag, but this needs to be fixed. Enemy self healing glitch: Sometimes, enemies that shouldn't be self healing will constantly heal themselves (Enemies that can self heal would be enemies such as knights which self heal when they have their shield up). This may be due to lag or some issue with the game code No-clip: Sometimes players (and enemies) will no-clip through objects. Unsure of what causes this. Autofire Jam: Sometimes when using an autofire weapon, it will stop firing even when the trigger is fully depressed. Grenade misthrow: Sometimes, when throwing a grenade, no grenade will be thrown but the ability will still be used up. Forced Autoaim: There is no way to turn off autoaim. Not a glitch, but an issue. Player join/leave glitches: Game load state: Enemies will be,, for all intents and purposes, invincible as any damage will be undone. Often, everything is frozen, but sometimes, players can still move and ammo can be used up. After the state is over, players and enemies may jump around, but generally, enemies return to whatever health they started with (though often shields are returned to full). Rarely, a player may end up dead during this time. Players will randomly get kicked to orbit or out of the game: This occurs even when the player is still connected to PSN, the internet, party chat, etc. Atheon specific glitches: Relic sometimes is impossible or difficult to pick up. Teleport sometimes does not work right. Instant death: Has only happened once but random instant death. No idea how to repeat it. ==== And why should these be fixed first? Several reasons 1) These artificially increase the difficulty of the raid and at times, make the raid impossible to complete. 2) Frustration will only lead to players being more likely to quit the game which means less likely to buy DLC and less likely to recommend the game to others. 3) Frustration will only lead to players looking for more loopholes or as some players have begun to do, outright cheating. 4) These fixes should be a higher priority than a mere exploit that will likely be of little consequence in the near future when the next DLC comes out and the current raid's gear become less valuable. Especially considering that these issues will still be an issue when the next DLC comes out. === Edit: I'm not saying that it shouldn't be patched but that it (the push off) should be patched after the other issues are resolved.
