I feel like the guns at least were a lot more varied. So much to choose from, sometimes I had trouble! BL 2 I mean. Haven't played the new one yet and probably won't for awhile. I don't like prequels and seems like you're playing the bad guys.

Your not exactly a bad guy(Willhelm and Nisha are the exception) in the Presequel in fact Jack isn't really a bad guy either at the start

I think he developed that (or discovers) that when he was at the Merrifs Office, and the Scientists because him choosing to shoot off the Moonshot canon in the first mission is something that Jack would never have done in BL2

Yeah. He didn't know he was a crazy. Moxxi did though.

Moxxi created a great plot twist with that one although I think Roland may have told her about the scientists and then she knew.
