If you are asking for a pvp buff or nerf, in pvp all classes are given soma lair armor rating and weapon dps. The only game changer is the bonuses your gears perks can make. And if you are asking for a nerf on exotic gear, that's not supposed to have a counter, I play crucible regularly and thus far I think people complain either about what they don't have or haven't tried another class to understand their advantages and disadvantages, each class has their pros and cons.
