From my experience with the raiding and how RNG is directly tied with your max level, I feel like there should be a system where you earn 1x token per full VoG raid clear, with having an NPC at the tower who can trade 5x tokens for one piece of raid armor you choose. This might help counterbalance some of the horrible RNG in place (especially since drop luck = your level). I've cleared VoG on normal mode 2-3 times a week plus 1-2 hard modes, and still have yet to get gloves. That's about 20 raids worth of bosses killed. Meanwhile my friend I play with has run normal VoG 2 times and is level 30. I have every other drop (VMC, 3+ VoC, 3+ AE, 5xTimebreakers, 2x helmets, 4x loading screen ships, plus all the other weapons multiple times). It is pretty disappointing to still be stuck at 29 because gloves just will not drop.
