The fact that issues keep continue to persist and get worst for many destiny gamers is outrageous. Just want to be able to play the game I payed for, that's all. I'm able to play for an hour straight on the crucible and as usual I get hit by the caterpillar messages. But now stingray error codes are more then slightly popular now. If this doesn't get bungie to realize what's going on with their servers then I don't know what will.

So I am having the same issue and it appears to be an issue with the update. When I first launch the game is says that I am disconnected from Xbox live like it is going to install a update, but it never does. Furthermore when bringing up the Xbox guide it shows that I am in fact signed in. After clearing the system cache 3x and relaunching it does in fact bring up the update download. All seems fine it runs through the Xbox update screen and drops you in the dashboard. Usually though it would start the game and go through a Destiny update screen. This is not happening. When restarted the update does not install on the 360. You can go back and repeat the process again by clearing the system cache and again when you launch it will try to update but fail. I am sure that they have people working hard on it. Hope this info may help and we can all be playing again soon.
