So much this. Also, never thought about exotic shaders that glow, I guess for hive it'd be a similar effect as 'Bad Juju'. That'd be awesome, especially if each faction had two exotic shaders. An all black one for Dead Orbit, A crimson one for New Monarchy, etc. A Queen purple glowing one would also be sweet.
