According to Activision 60% of CoD players exclusively play CoD and no other games. Consider that. That remaining 40% is still likely to drop by and play Destiny every once in a while.
Even then, Call of Duty and Destiny are both published by Activision. They aren't designed to compete with each other, it would be pointless. Nothing's going to change. The nerfwhores are going to keep calling for nerfs and the "earners" will keep complaining about Xur. There will be no significant impact on the playerbase as a result of Advanced Warfare's launch.

So you start by saying that 60% of gamers are codfish and finish by saying that the new cod won't affect destiny in any way. The fark you trippin?
-
The turned... Wow. Do you have any conceptual understanding??? Like at all??? If 60% of cod fans only play cod that means that none of them play destiny... Soooo if they aren't here they can't leave, and that would leave destiny at a similar level of players.

I did misread that. I also read it as all gamers not 60% of codfish. my bad i was trippin ha. 40% is still 8 million players. There 20 million player fan base. Destiny at 3.2 million a day. I wonder how much of those 8 fit into that 3.2

Still a good amount of fans though, and a lot of people will likely stay playing both.

Nah destinys too shit. People might come back to check up on how shit it is, but that's about it

Edited by FloppySeaLion: 10/21/2014 4:32:38 AM60% of the people who play CoD only play CoD. Out of the people who play CoD, 60% of them do not play any other games. Just saying, there's not as many CoD fanboys here as they make it out to be.
