Praetorian Foil, Raid Fusion Rifle with wrong mod???
So the praetorian foil has Javelin, which increases warhead velocity. Does this mean that a fusion rifle shot is actually a war head like a rocket? Does that mean insanely quicker travel time on the discharge or is this just an improper mod?

Quicker travel time sounds most appropriate (if it isn't a mistake). Most likely would make the range better, right?
