Do you believe that it also takes hard work and tedious labor to win the powerball lottery as well...because what you said vastly shows that you know nothing of how the RNG in this game works or the randomized allottment of gear/shaders...you could get the dead orbit/new monarchy/Future War Cult to rank 100 and still not get a shader...

I'm not here to argue with you, just do some research. Most people are reporting that the get there shader from 10-12. I'm not saying it's not rng. just put some work into it. I got mine at rank 11. Good luck
