Where are the SHADERS!!!
[b]When the beta had launched for this game all vendors[/b] within the tower, more specifically the faction vendors,[b] had an alloted amount of [/b]faction [b]shaders along with the rest of their inventory[/b]... [b]On top of that "Eva Levonte"[/b] (A.K.A. Woman who torments me with "refreshed" stock of the same dagum stock as last week)[b] Had an inventory that would constantly update and had a variety of shaders to purchase[/b]...
[b]Now [/b]the game being out for over a month and[b] a majority of players are wearing the[i] EXACT[/i] same shaders because nothing is available to us[/b]... [b]the game was supposed to be make yourself legend, [i]Not [/i]homogenize every character until they all look the exact same...

[b]I understand some loot and the necessity for keeping it RNG based but [i]SHADERS!!![/i][/b]...[b]Shaders are expressions of our personal taste and preference[/b]...there isn't some majical OP shader that needs a nerf nor buff...its a SHADER...and [b]people should be able to dye their armor to their liking[/b]...
[b]Shaders shouldnt be treated like an exotic item [/b]([i]unless they have truly exotic traits such as "Tron" lighted armor, or hive shaded armor with glowing green visor tints, in which case these could be harder to ascertain but should still be ATTAINABLE[/i])[b] and shouldnt be left to RNG[/b] [b]or the [/b]forsaken [b]Cryptarch to hand out[/b] in one of his oh so gracious "care packages" [b]for leveling him up[/b]...
If anyone else is sincerely dissapointed or simply fed up and would like access to more shaders [b]please sign/post here[/b]...

Shader selection is awful. Shaders look even worse on the app/website. Wish they SOMEWHAT resembles my in game look lol Chatterwhite is like dart grey on the app, wtf

2 RepliesI am there with you. Since Lvl 1, the only shaders available for purchase are green, purple, pink, and a darker pink. The stock never refreshes! I don't need over two months to decide if I want pink or not. Guess what? I DON'T! Refresh already!!!........ please.

I bet that in the end I will see 80% black Guardians. And if this happens then there really is such a thing called an "ultimate shader".

Guardians need ways to recycle materials for other classes or a trade-in option for gear that they can't use for something of equal rarity. Edit: Marks need more usage as well, because once you buy the one or two items you want that currency turns into a meaningless reward. Same goes for glimmer. There isn't enough meaningful choices to spend my [i]vast hoard of 25K[/i] glimmer on.

3 RepliesI hope most people realize that when you run with no shader and wear the factions armor they have their own color set like Dead orbits armor is black and white, New monarchy is Red and White and FWC is that blue red and yellow mixture. I think most of yall need to run with out a shader then check out all of the armor sets from The vendors and decide what u like best color wise and buy that. I will agree that the Emblem lady does need a few more choices of shaders. But there still more than just a few shaders ive seen personally over 12 more than you can fit in ur characters shader slots, So there is more choices but most people I see always run with the God of war shader the Raid Chatterwhite shader. Also seems a lot of people want a mostly Black shader and if Bungie gave it to us then most people would still be wearing the same thing. Me personally I run with the Thunderdevil and the Million Million from iron banner with my Hunter cause I have a lot of mixed match armor that looks pretty crappy with out a shader. And when I can buy the Dead orbit gauntlets I can run without a shader and have a mostly black color armor set for my titan and will look badA** that way.

I like his exotic shader idea. But seriously needs to be more shaders and less eyesore shaders in general. The ones we have are all drab or very poor color combinations.

3 RepliesI'd like to see more shaders available by completing strikes, right now we get one! Bloodpact i think its called maybe. Though ive seen a few different ones in the cruicible,(which I hate playing so I wont get them). Can us pve players get the chance at earning a few different shaders via strikes please. It cant be that hard to make 2 or 3 more available when completing strikes
