Halo Player and veteran playing from CE all the way to Halo 4 (which sadly sucked ass)
I was hoping for a great game with Destiny as I have loved most games developed by Bungie:
Halo
Marathon Durandal
Myth
Oni
But after this big disappointment of a game Ill go back to Halo with the MCC at least I will have the original trilogy which was Bungie's best (I can skip Halo 4 which 343I destroyed)

As someone who has all the last gen consoles and is trying to decide which next gen to get if any (primarily a PC Master Race), the MCC is making a very, VERY strong case for the Xbone.

Halo 5?

The original trilogy is completely worth it, Halo 4 is decent at best in story but MP is totally atrocious.

I borrowed Halo 4 from a friend just to get the story done. It was extremely underwhelming to me. Not horrible, but I just didn't really have any fun playing it, even on lower difficulties where I used to enjoy being able to just run around and punch everything in previous titles. I especially remember the final boss or whatever being super lame. Multiplayer left a sour taste in my mouth for sure, but without comparing it to previous Halos, it wasn't half bad either.

honestly i thought 343 did ok with the storyline and all. the PVP was lacking and felt like space COD all around. but ya i do agree with you that they did screw somewhere in halo 4.

Story was meh at best (Personal Opinion) the new enemies weren't that interesting and the constant teleporting just made them annoying to fight, not fun. PvP was basically CoD with a halo Skin on top, this are just some of the few things they EFFED up on PvP 1.- Turning an ARENA shooter into a class based shooter Granted Bungie started this trend with Halo Reach but still, the addition of this extra abilities depending on armor and the like? what the hell? 2.- Ordinance A.K.A care packages Halo used to be a game where everyone started out on equal grounds only gaining advantage via skill, map control and power weapon control. You could strategize you knew the map layout, how many power weapons were on the map and where they spawned, this helped you know that if you took out the enemy sniper you wouldn't have to worry about that sniper for at least X time. Ordinance destroys that as anyone can have a random PW at any given point so you have no clue which weapons are in play or how many are there in play either. Even terrible players could get them as you did not need to kill anything just getting assists and filling up your meter would grant you a PW also giving you easy cheap kills. 3.-No ranked playlist and rank based off on experience and not skill... also Doritos and MT Dew double experience tokens...

i can agree with most of that man
