so me and my brave friends started raiding one week ago. we are not the progaming type of players and im glad that we managed it to get to a full raid group with people i know in real life even if the vault is open for several weeks now :) . we fought hard and stayed away from all the cheesy strategies which are flooding the web and after 2 nights of learning the fights and phases in the vault of glass we killed atheon. everyone was so exited and screamed like in the good old world of warcraft classic days, it was wonderfull. most of us just got a shader but it was enough for the first kill. then my girlfriend who was one of us six accidentally destroyed her shader instead of equipping it. she was so sad at this moment i promised her i would do my best to get her the shader back and after looking for a support email for about 20 minutes i only found this forum section. so this is my question and / or my cry for help. do you get the shader everytime you complete the raid? will she get the shader again if we kill atheon next week with her in the team? or is it a first time only reward? how is the bungie policy about giving items back to players who clearly accidentally destroy an item? i only know that blizzard does in in world of warcraft. is it the same in destiny? thank you for your time and answers. cheers faultier
