A sadistic film about a father who watched while his wife and unborn children were murdered only to be left with one disfigured child. This child is then kidnapped and placed in containment awaiting torture. Meanwhile the father strives to find his son meeting all manner of drug users ,cannibalistic and psychopathic characters.
