10 year old murderer
How should this be handled? He's being tried as an adult. He may have "mental issues" but that is yet to be determined. His family does not want him back in the home.

1 ReplyIt's in no way fair or just to try a 10 year old as an adult. What's the point of having a distinction between adult and juvenile if you can just move the lines whenever you want?
