If you do, what is your typical routine? Do you do conditioning or strength workouts? I won't go into detail with mine, but I alternate everyday between upper body and legs (all strength), along with a little ab workout everyday.
Edit: I stopped doing cardio/conditioning back in February after basketball season. Because I knew that I wasn't making Varsity, didn't see a point. Yes, I know conditioning is very important for one's physical health. No, I don't care anymore now that I don't have a short bald guy yelling at me to run 17's in under a minute every 5 minutes.

I do 10 chin ups, and 30 sit ups a day, along with walking around the block (there are lots of hills where I live) for around an hour a day.

I workout 5x a week with usually 4 days of hard cardio, 3 days lifting 3 with lots of bodyweight, some days coincide.

I have legs of freaking steel. Can push up to 600+ pounds with them.

All I do is run 2 miles on the treadmill at least 3 times a week. I am looking to build some muscle though I'm very weak and skinny.

I usually alternate between upper and lower body strength exercises. I also do conditioning exercises, albeit far less frequently than I do strength.
