I bought the limited but I completely agree. I followed this game the moment it was revealed. I was looking forward to boss battles, supers, crucible, strikes and raids but the ONE reason I bought the game was to experience the impeccable story telling I know Bungie is capable of and in the end, I was cheated out of it.
I guess the only reason the story telling use to be good was because of Joseph Staten. And now he's gone.

I totally understand your point, the thing is you should get two DLC add ons and should be excited about it because the game you got on launch was what you wanted. It's a real shame as I would love to be sitting here saying I had bought the expansion because the game was just too good not to. However no one is saying that, well not many people are. Bungie need to do something to put this right for everyone, so you get two actual add on DLCs and we all have a story that makes us all want to get them two add ons.
