So, you guys nerfed auto rifles because any player could use them and get kills. That's basically what your hot fix said. You want only players with skills in scout rifles to get kills. That's obviously it, because you nerfed auto rifles and boosted scout rifles, and now that's all anyone is using. If you actually care about the game and want people playing, why nerf the go-to weapon knowing FULL WELL that people will get another go-to weapon? I don't like scout rifles. I don't like hand cannons. That isn't my play style, that's not fun. I don't care about single shot more accuracy. I get killed in two shots now, sometimes even one shot, with scout rifles in PvP, as well as hand cannons. I would prefer a pulse rifle to both of those, but they aren't that great for anything, really. You wanted to balance it, I get that, because auto-rifles were a tad overpowered, but you should have just nerfed them and NOT boosted everything else. Now, auto-rifles are down to being some of the worst weapons for PvP. Why don't you just nerf everything so that they are all equal and balanced rather than screwing over people who prefer that style of combat to "Oh, I'll sit here in the back and stay out of the fight but one shot anyone who comes in my line of sight". That's what I see. Even with snipers, that's what I see. You say you want people to be able to play how they like to play, but you are limiting EVERYTHING THE COMMUNITY DOES because YOU DON'T PLAY THAT WAY. It's infuriating on so many levels. Then you decide to change all kinds of things in the raid and other places because a few players have gotten so good they are breaking your records. I don't care about removing farming points, because I never used them, but you guys must have never played an MMO, because that's frankly what people do in them. They camp areas and farm and grind to get better stuff. Granted, in other MMO's they actually get awarded good stuff, not greens and blues. Speaking of engrams, Since you guys put that patch out to actually give you the same level of item or better from an engram, I haven't found one single legendary engram. Not one. I've gotten some from upgrading Rahool, and upgrading factions in the tower, but that's it. Why is that the case? And what's with the loot drops anyway? In Crucible, I will get better stuff at the end by getting a negative KD than by having one of the greatest matches in a long time. That's stupid, and makes it not worth it. You've already nerfed and broken about everything else, so perhaps you should just lock everyone at level 1 and make all the enemies level 30. That's essentially what you are trying to do, and the road you are taking. From what I can tell, you are listening to the MINORITY of players on here, because the majority has asked for things and you do the exact opposite. Where is the characterization? Where's the plot? Where's the epic game we were promised and you wanted so dearly to make? Why haven't you put in ship battles to actually make getting ships worthwhile? Why haven't you put in sparrow races? Why haven't you listened to the community? And by community, I mean the majority? You say you want to listen and help the players to make the game better, but all I've seen is you making it worse. This game won't last ten years, it'll barely last one. I'm mainly playing it still just because I can play it with my friends, but they're starting to move on to other games now. With borderlands out, I can actually have FUN and I can get a STORY from that, without all the endless and pointless rage. Once Master Chief Collection comes out, I'll have multiplayer for something else and I'll have even less of a reason to come back. Once Dragon Age is out, I may not even come back to this at all. If your DLC is going to be anything like the game, then it's not going to be worth it, because this game was only worth $10. Honestly, that's all it is worth. Maybe even less. I've heard people compare this game to a book, saying that we're only in the first chapter and to wait and see. Well, I don't know what crazy world they live in, but unless it's a school book that you don't eve read, you aren't spending $65+ on the first chapter of a book and $20 more for each chapter later. No sane person would agree to that. This will be the rudest thing I say: I hope that Destiny fails, Bungie, so you understand just how much you screwed up and just how much your community is upset at the way you're treating them. This game WILL NOT last ten years at this rate.
