So, having a recent interest in the poem Inferno by Dante Alighieri, I was inspired to make this:
The 9 Circles of the Inferno in Destiny.
Vestibule: The Awoken of the Queen's Order, those who chose neither to fight for the Light nor for the Darkness.
(The Rift)
The 1st Circle: Limbo: The Guardians who would not accept the Speaker's Blessing but still helped to fight the Darkness.
The 2nd Circle: Lust: The low-level Guardians who bought exotic gear long before they could even hope to use it.
The 3rd Circle: Gluttony: The Guardians whose hunger for consumables could never be satisfied.
The 4th Circle: Greed: The Guardians who opened loot chests in the Vault of Glass without waiting for the rest of their Fireteam.
The 5th Circle: Anger: The Guardians whose hatred for each other reached far beyond the Crucible.
The 6th Circle: Heresy: The Guardians who were not loyal to their faction.
The 7th Circle: Violence: The Guardians who proceeded to shoot and teabag corpses long after their occupants had left.
The 8th Circle: Fraud: The Guardians who knowingly led lower-level Guardians into level 20 areas.
The 9th Circle: Treachery: Those Guardians who chose to wield the weapons of the Dark. Cursed weapons whose very nature defies the Light. (Thorn, Bad Juju, etc.)
This sounded rough as shit when I was writing it out, so if you have anything better I'm always open to editing this.
