But then again they need to keep the destiny servers up for all consoles. Which is a lot. And activision. Being activision said they won't release the 2nd dlc unless they get the amount they want from the 1st. So it is activion. Not bungie.

This has been told to me by some friends. I doubt it would happen because people have payed for the expansion pass already. Bungie would probably file a lawsuit. But I doubt bungie wouldn't get enough. They will for sure. Activion just can't. Millions of ppl bought the expansion pass.
