So I was trying out a melee build for Sunsinger due to obtaining the Light Beyond Nemesis, and I was also testing out the melee perks for Scorch.
Flame Shield works perfectly.
Brimstone "works" but fails to provide actual use beyond clustered enemies.
Solar Wind. This one perk doesnt work at all. I've selected it and melee'd enemies expecting them to be "knocked back" as stated. Instead, they are pushed backwards in the same manner as a regular melee would do. Honestly, one would expect something similar to the Cabal Phalanx melee, which would make Solar Wind a strategically useful offensive tool.
If Solar Wind IS working, it needs a buff...a serious buff. If not, then clearly it requires a fix to actually work right.

Solar wind works. There's a big difference between that and a reg melee. Flame shield on the other hand is broken. Description says "recieve less damage" instead you get an over shield that absorbs damage
