Destiny told me I could become legend if I worked hard and did the best I could. So I did the best I could by pushing Hard Mode Atheon off the edge. Well, I watched the Warlocks do it after I joined a group with a save at that point. Well, I didn't watch them, I was on twitter on my phone while it happened. But that's besides the point.
So as the rewards screen pops up, I see I got the Vex Mythoclast! The ultimate prize! I had finally beaten Destiny and become legend! Even more than that, I was now a mythoclast, a breaker of myths!
But I was the only one to get it. Everyone else got ships and purples and stuff. Did the RNG pick me because I deserved VM more than they do? Did the game think that I had earned it?

A perfect example of why raids are broken and the loot system in general
-
so is it safe to say that I have VM because VM chose me? that's why those other guys didnt get it, i'm the chosen one
-
None of you deserved it. You exploited the game and cheated it.
-
What did everyone else who completed the raid do differently than I did if I have the gun and they don't? I hear about these "Hard-earned" Mythoclasts that are being taken away so we have to be doing something different than the people who are not getting Mythoclast at the end of the raid.

They gave you a nerf gun cause you cheesed atheon.

You opened several cans of worms with this thread. Well done.

Most pointless, attention seeking post I've ever seen.
