I think Bungie needs to have a big scavenger hunt where the bounty gives you a clue and have to use it to find a place or thing to find another clue. By the time you're done, it leads you to some place that no one would think to look and you get to claim your prize. Sorta like the coin thing they have at the tower but across the planets instead. Should keep players busy if it's done right.
