I do not see how the platform ignored game mechanics.
You still used the relic to cleanse when all the oracles could not be killed and you still had to use the relic to drop the Templar's shield.
Not using "game mechanics" would be along the lines of "cheesing" the Templar or Atheon off the edge.

Do you know what an enrage timer entails? Enrage timers are, by design, dps checks and by historical fact are designed to wipe the party if reached. So when you can sit in one spot and laugh at an enrage timer there is an issue with the strategy being employed. Is everyone here -blam!-ing new to MMOs or something?! Wtf
