Destiny welfare system
I would like bungie to give out legendary/exotic weapons and armor every week to anyone who has under a 0.5 kd ratio in the crucible as to balance the game more effectively. this would allow for minimum effort but maximum gains! we should learn from the ever prosperous U.S goverment!
