HELP!
Almost every night at the moment my internet drops to 2mb or lower some nights it's been 500 kb!!! Then around 11.30 it's back up to full speed? Now is this just a crap Virgin media? Is anyone else having these problems? Can anyone out there please help me it's killing my fun! Or maybe is someone hacking my internet? I'm desperate can anyone please please help me on this? By the way I'm not at all clued up on the computer side of things mostly a console man.

Turned out problems were dodgy router (which they replaced), dodgy wiring by guy who installed the system initially and a fault at the local exchange that needed a board to be replaced! Keep pestering them and insist you are not getting what you paid for... N.
