I know we're rapidly approaching dead horse status, but I feel a need to play devil's advocate in the wake of the rather overwhelming toxicity as of late..
I don't own a Mythoclast, so I won't comment there. However, the hand cannon jump change is well done. It doesn't make me a flying death machine but actually hitting things if I'm forced to go airborne is doable now.
The auto rifle change feels largely irrelevant to me. That may be because I never used it as a sniper rifle, but I have the dead orbit auto on my Titan and it's still a shredder.
Shotguns still tear up close range.
Scout rifle damage feels more in line with what I expected - to be able to hang with the gunners up close while not being up with them.
Take a minute and look at the bigger picture. Pick your load out according to your preferred engagement range and don't assume that a tiny adjustment to certain numbers means you now can't compete.
