Does anybody have Thorn, and is it worth going through the PvP bounty in order to get it? Here is the deal. I'm a pretty sucky PvP player. Since 9/9 I have been in the crucible for 1 hour and 1 minute (0.33 K/D). From what I understand with the bounty is that I need to kill other guardians with a void weapon. I get 5 points for a kill and -2 points for every time I die.... So, doing the math, I need higher than a 0.4 K/D ratio in order make any headway on the bounty. Better K/D gets me there faster, lower K/D has me grinding, and 0.4 K/D ratio or lower (where I currently am), I just better not even try. If Thorn is a worthwhile weapon, I would spend the time in the crucible trying to better my PvP skills to eventually get it. Otherwise, I'll stick with heroic missions, strange coins and Xur.
