I hope to god you are reading this Bungie. I have had the game since launch and haven't been able to play due to a frequent and persistent error which disconnects me every 5 minutes (The error code is 'Canary'). I want a full refund for Destiny as at it's current state is unplayable but i can't because i have redeemed the Expansion Pass, Vanguard Armoury and the Limited edition ghost shell and ship codes. I'm unsure of what to do as there was no indication that the game would be this severely broken even after a whole month after release. Thank you.

If the retailer won't issue a refund, you can try filing a dispute with your credit card company/financial institution that it's a defective product.
